By using a worksheet you can place properties into an exchange and use the lower half of the screen to search for and view properties to complete the transaction.

After reviewing the search results from you request in the lower frame, you can add the property that best meets your needs to the above worksheet using the add button to the left of the parties name.

When you want assistance finding the missing leg (property) use the “Find missing leg” search, in lower right of the top frame. This will locate properties that are what the preceding party wants and will also take the property in front of it (the upleg property).

The left margin has a Transaction Summery of which party receives which property.

When all the parties are in place click Balance Equity in the left margin and submit a proposal!

Depending on your screen size and monitor resolution you can resize as desired using the right side scroll bar or clicking and dragging the horizontal bar that separates the upper and lower frame.

Your worksheets will automatically be named and saved to your Desktop so you can continue to modify it as needed until you find the right replacement properties and close escrow.
