- Is there a charge to use Real Estate Exchange.com?
There is no charge to add a basic property(s) listing
for exchange and no fee or commission due us when your exchange is
completed. There is an optional Featured Property Option for a small fee
that displays your property on our home page. We are not agents in your real
estate transaction. You must add your own property and do your own due
diligence. We do not verify any of the information on REE.com. To use this
web site you must agree to our
Terms and Conditions.
- To find a party who wants the property you have and has the property you want, use the “match” feature from your my Desktop Page. (Use the My Desktop tab in the top bar.)
- To review the new properties within the last few days, use the Property Search link in the left margin. Once on the Search Page scroll down to Detailed Search and select the a) Modified Within option. Add the number of days back you would like to view and click search.
- When you upload an image, it will be optimized for the web and resized if necessary. For efficient loading and formatting, use images under 90,000 bytes.
- To avoid side scrolling across the web pages, the best setting for your monitor's resolution is 600X800 or greater. Click here for instructions or contact us.
